Tower’s medical plans are administered by Collective Health using the Anthem Blue Cross network. For the 2025 plan year, employees who enroll into the HDHP and elect a Health Savings Account with a minimum of $0 in employee contributions are eligible to receive up to $500 in employer contributions from Tower.

• The Kaiser plan is a closed plan and is only available for employees in CA who enrolled in the plan prior to 2020. There will be no new enrollments allowed on the Kaiser plan in 2022.
