HealthEquity is the carrier for Health Saving Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). HSA and FSA elections from 2025 will not roll over – Re-election into the HSA and FSA are required. For the 2026 plan year, employees who enroll into a Health Savings Account with a minimum of $0 in employee contributions are eligible to receive up to $500 in employer contributions from Tower.
