HOW DO I ENROLL?
This year’s Open Enrollment is ACTIVE! Unlike recent years where you didn’t have to enroll if no changes were being made, that is not the case this year. We have a new Dental carrier Guardian in place of MetLife. If you want or don’t want Dental insurance through Tower for 2024, you must actively enroll or decline coverage via PlanSource or through the website. Also, as usual, participation in the Flexible Spending Account requires enrollment every year.
